Our Good Causes
Sleaford & District Round Table raise finds throughout the year and are proud to support local charities. Here is a list of some of the good causes we have supported. This list will be updated on a regular basis
Sleaford & District Round Table have provided a donation to a resident in our community who has suffered from PTSD, following a bereavement of a very close relative. In order to help the resident rebuild their life, we are proud to be able to support the purchase of equipment enabling them to take up a new pastime. We wish them all the best going forward.
Sleaford & District Round Table are proud to support the Community Larder in Sleaford. New Life Community Impact run this vital service and provides emergency food for a three day period to families and individuals in need of food who are suffereing from financial hardship.
Sleaford and District Round Table have provided a donation of £250 towards the cost of the Christmas hampers, these are delivered to those families who may otherwise go without a Christmas dinner.
Sleaford & District Round Table are proud to support the Sleaford and District Talking Newspaper. The talking newspaper provides weekly news updates in the form of audio recordings to over 50 local residents who otherwise would find it hard to access local news and information.
Sleaford and District Round Table have provided a donation of £250 towards the running cost of this great charity.
